Attachment Size Limit Now Respected for Client Submissions and Mass Emails

What’s changed?
We resolved an issue where the system setting emailMaxTotalAttachmentSize
was not being enforced for mass emails and emails sent through the client submission workflow. This caused errors when large attachments, such as candidate portfolios, were included. The setting is now properly supported, ensuring more reliable email delivery, especially for clients who frequently send large files.
